h555 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be closed immediately, and any funds deposited will be returned minus any winnings generated during the period of underage use.

h555 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any attempt to circumvent age verification will result in permanent account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the h555 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

4 Deposits & Payments

h555 accepts deposits via bKash and Nagad. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your h555 account dashboard.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at h555 are processed to bKash and Nagad. For fully verified accounts, h555 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes. Withdrawals requested during scheduled maintenance windows may experience short delays.

Before your first withdrawal, h555 requires completion of the standard KYC verification process. This involves submitting a government-issued photo ID and proof of your registered payment method. Verification is a one-time process and does not need to be repeated for subsequent withdrawals.

h555 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems. In such cases, h555 may request additional documentation and may place a temporary hold on the withdrawal pending review.

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
  • Maximum withdrawal: ৳200,000 per transaction for standard accounts.
  • Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods registered in your name.
  • Active bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
  • h555 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions.
Withdrawals will not be processed if your account has an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements. Complete the wagering requirement first, or forfeit the bonus to unlock your withdrawable balance.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7 Game Rules & Fairness

10 Account Suspension & Closure

h555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
  • Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
  • Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
  • Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these terms, h555 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining balance will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method within 10 business days.

11 Intellectual Property

The h555 name, logo, and associated brand marks are registered trademarks. Use of these marks in any context without explicit written authorisation from h555 is prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

h555 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While h555 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h555 shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the h555 platform.
  • Losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond h555's reasonable control.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h555 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through h555's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

h555 operates an internal dispute resolution process as the first point of contact for all player complaints. Disputes must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. h555 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a full response within five business days.
